All prices are in EUR. Project work is 50% upfront. Retainers are paid in advance. Revisions included in every scope.
Monthly Retainers
Retainers are the most cost-effective way to work with me. You get a fixed monthly allocation of content, SEO work, or both. I learn your business, your regulatory environment, and your competitors over time, which means the output keeps getting sharper.<
Finest Verba is now a small senior team: strategy and compliance (Gloria Kesa), technical SEO and development (Indrek Kulli), and content lead and awarded writing (Dennis Graham-Clarke). Working languages: Estonian, Finnish and English, translating also from German and Dutch. Every retainer draws on all of it.
Essential — €2,400/month
3-month minimum. For teams that already have technical SEO, dev and design covered internally and are missing a content strategist and an awarded writer. Content strategy and keyword research, 8-10 articles a month, on-page SEO, editorial QA published under our expert bylines, and a written monthly report.
Growth — €4,200/month
3-month minimum. The starting point for most clients. Strategy and execution together, including in-house technical SEO and development via Indrek, GA4 and conversion tracking, content production, schema and AEO/GEO, competitor gap analysis, and internal linking. If your team already covers analytics or technical SEO, those hours shift to more content or deeper strategy. You do not pay for overlap.
Performance — €8,500/month
6-month minimum. High-volume output and active growth management for operators scaling organic traffic in competitive verticals. Everything in Growth, plus higher content volume, bi-weekly strategy calls, content refresh and optimization, landing page copy, technical SEO and development handled in-house, and same-business-day priority response.
Partner — from €12,000/month, or retainer + revenue share
6 to 12 months, by application. The team owns organic growth end to end: strategy, technical, content and reporting under one accountable partner. Revenue-share arrangements are available on top of a base retainer where we can measure the revenue we drive.

Compliance Content Writing
From €250 per page. Responsible gambling pages, AML/KYC documentation, T&C rewrites, regulatory landing pages, market entry content. Priced per deliverable based on complexity, regulatory depth, and number of jurisdictions covered.
Translation & Localization
From €0.12/word (Finnish, Estonian, English). SEO-aware localization for market entry. Legal, compliance, iGaming, fintech. Not machine translation with a human review pass. Native-level output optimized for local search.
What These Prices Cover
Every engagement includes regulatory research specific to your market, SEO optimization, E-E-A-T compliance, and revisions. I write final-draft content, not outlines you need to fix. Monthly retainers include reporting and strategy calls.
What is not included: paid media management, link building outreach, web development, or graphic design. I can recommend partners for those if needed.

How much does a typical project cost?
Retainers run from EUR 2,400 per month (Essential) to EUR 8,500 (Performance), with most clients on Growth at EUR 4,200. A Partner tier for full growth ownership starts at EUR 12,000 or a retainer plus revenue share. Project work: audits from EUR 1,500, compliance content from EUR 150 per page, translation from EUR 0.12 per word. Everything is quoted on scope.
Why are your rates higher than freelance marketplaces?
A EUR 0.06 per word article looks fine until someone who knows the market reads it. My rates include regulatory research, compliance certifications, and content that survives both Google quality reviews and regulator scrutiny. Cheap compliance content is a liability that can cost the whole business.
What is included in a retainer?
A fixed monthly allocation of content or SEO work, monthly performance reporting, and strategy calls. I learn your market and regulatory environment over time, which sharpens every deliverable after the first month.
Do you require long commitments?
Growth retainers need 3 months, Scale 6 months, Enterprise 12 months. Project work has no commitment beyond the project. Audits are one-off with no obligation to continue.
