Desk Ten: AI Workflow Setup & Training

FinEst Verba Desk Ten

For licensed operators and affiliates aiming at Finland

The publish process before 1 July 2027.

Finnish licences take effect 1 July 2027. Every operator and affiliate page aimed at Finland has to be rebuilt against a closed channel list. Most teams have writers. Few have a process that decides what is publishable. Desk Ten is that process.

Day 1

Intake

Voice samples, forbidden claims, stack, one owner, and the Finland pages that have to change.

Day 2-3

Brief factory

Brief template, compliance checklist, source rules, and the closed-channel list the page is written against.

Day 4

Publish loop

Calendar, draft pack, and a Monday handoff in their Drive or Notion folder.

Day 5

Live week

One real pack shipped. SOP written. Owner runs the next Monday.

What they get

  • ✓ Named roles: research, brief, draft, compliance pass, weekly report
  • ✓ A folder in their Drive or Notion, not a new login
  • ✓ One Monday pack: brief, outline, risk notes, publish checklist
  • ✓ A one-page SOP the team can run without you

What this is not

  • ✕ A promise of rankings or traffic
  • ✕ A lawyer, a licence, or a native editor replacement
  • ✕ Unlimited image or video generation
  • ✕ An hours-saved calculator. The sale is the 2027 deadline, not a margin on estimated minutes

Why this exists now

From 1 July 2027 the new Gambling Act is in force and licensed operations begin. Affiliate and operator pages written for the old open market will not travel into a licensed channel without a rewrite against what is allowed to be said, claimed, and linked.

Desk Ten does not write the whole site in week one. It installs the decision loop so a team can keep publishing without inventing the rules each Monday. The writing still happens on their side or under a separate content retainer. See services and pricing for that lane.

Capacity

Two clients.

One Desk Ten seat at four pages a week is 3 to 4 hours after install. Two seats is €2,400 a month and takes most of the week. A third seat is no. That is the offer, not a surprise in month two.

Payment

Retainer, not net-30.

€600 is collected before the five days start. €1,200 is billed monthly and payable before and during the month, not after the packs have already shipped.

Unit

One Monday pack.

If the bottleneck is not “what is publishable this week,” this is the wrong product. Decline it.

What the team has to subscribe to

Nothing new. They do not need a Grok, ChatGPT, or other AI seat. The pack lands in the folder they already open.

  • ✓ A shared Drive or Notion folder, and one person who owns Monday.
  • ✓ The tools they already publish from: Docs, their CMS, their chat.
  • ✕ No per-writer AI subscription, and no new login to remember.

The desk runs on FinEst Verba’s side. If someone on their team later wants a direct bot seat, that is extra and not required for this offer.

Sample Monday pack

Subject

Market

Finland-facing comparison page, written now against 2027 licence rules

Slot

Week of 6 Oct

Brief

Honest comparison of licence status, payout speed, and responsible-gambling links. No bonus hype. Named author. Sources dated this week. Written so the page can still stand after 1 July 2027.

Outline

  1. Who it is for, and who should skip it
  2. Licence and operator, with the source
  3. Payments and typical payout window
  4. What the bonus actually costs
  5. Support and mobile, from a real test
  6. Responsible gambling, named and linked

Do not ship if

  • Do not imply tax-free winnings without the current rule cited.
  • Bonus terms must show wagering, expiry, and who is excluded.
  • RG block links to a real help line, not a footer shrug.
  • If the licence cannot be verified this week, the page does not ship.

For content marketers

A visibility desk, so AI answers can name you.

For content teams who already publish and want ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google’s AI answers to have a page worth citing. Not another SEO tool seat.

Day 1-2

Entity

What the brand is, who it serves, and which pages are allowed to speak.

Day 3-5

Questions

The questions buyers ask assistants, mapped to a page that can answer them.

Day 6-8

Answer blocks

Briefs with a direct answer, sources, and a byline an assistant can lift.

Day 9-10

Citation check

One live page, plus a Monday log of where you were named and where you were not.

What they get

  • ✓ A question map: what people ask AI, and which URL should answer
  • ✓ Briefs with a citable answer block, sources, and author
  • ✓ A Monday citation log across the assistants that matter to them
  • ✓ Fixes for pages that are vague, unsourced, or competing with each other

What this is not

  • ✕ A promise that ChatGPT will cite you
  • ✕ Fake reviews, stuffed FAQs, or pages written only for bots
  • ✕ A replacement for their writer or their CMS
  • ✕ A new AI subscription for every marketer

What the team has to subscribe to

Nothing new. They do not need a Grok, ChatGPT, or other AI seat. The pack lands in the folder they already open.

  • ✓ Their CMS and the docs they already write in.
  • ✓ Search Console or analytics if they have it. Useful, not required to start.
  • ✕ No per-writer AI subscription, and no new login to remember.

The desk itself runs on the operator’s plan. If someone on their side later wants to talk to the bots directly, that is an extra seat. It is not required for this offer.

Harbor & Co (sample, not a client)

Market

B2B content team, English, product-led

Slot

Week of 6 Oct

Brief

Answer “what should a 12-person team use to keep a weekly content cadence?” in one citable block. Name the method, the owner, and the source. Do not claim a tool is the best.

Outline

  1. The question, in the buyer’s words
  2. A 80-word answer an assistant can quote
  3. Who it is for, and who should skip it
  4. The proof: a method, a number you can stand behind, a source
  5. The URL that owns this question
  6. Monday check: cited, paraphrased, or absent

Do not ship if

  • Do not invent citations, traffic, or “as seen in ChatGPT.”
  • One question, one URL. Do not let three posts compete for the same answer.
  • If the page has no named author and no source, it does not ship.
  • A citation check is a log, not a guarantee.
